A wait of 10 minutes to be seated is probably really good, having read that an hour is the norm. The hectic kitchen in front of me seems strangely calming and the sounds of the cooks mix with peoples voices and the distant sound of music. Oh and the pancakes are fantastic. A perfect start into the day.
